متوفر: Denoted by a green check mark, this is Teams' default status when you log in to the app. Available status means the person is not in a meeting or call and the desktop app is currently active. Once you switch to a mobile app or put your device to sleep, the status will change to Away in Teams.
Busy: Once you're in a call or meeting, Teams will change your status to "Busy" and display a red circle. You'll continue to receive notifications if someone sends you a message.
do not disturb: Be careful when using Do Not Disturb in Teams. Microsoft will not automatically change your status when you are in DND mode. All messages and notifications will be blocked until you change your DND status in Teams.
I'll be right back: Appearing as a yellow tick, the “Be back” feature indicates that you are temporarily away from your desk, and should be available to respond within two minutes.
Appearing far away: Appearing away means you weren't actively focused on the Teams app. The app may have been open in the background and you were busy doing other things on your computer. You'll still receive messages.
This is useful when you are researching or giving a presentation and don't want your colleagues to disturb you during these hours.
Appear offline: If you're not signed in to the Teams desktop app, the app will display an "Appear Offline" status, indicating that you're not currently working. You'll receive all Teams messages during this time.
