- As the meeting organizer, if participants from your organization are invited, they may be allowed to bypass the meeting room by default.
Enable the lobby by editing the meeting options.
If your organization's administrator controls default meeting settings, you can still manage access to your meeting. Before starting a meeting, you can do this using the meeting options. Here's how it works:
Step 1: turn on Microsoft Teams app Your.
Step 2: tap on calendar icon in the left column.
Step 3: tap on New meeting icon To schedule a meeting, click in the right corner.
Step 4: Add Required attendees And other meeting details and send The invitation.
Step 5: Back to view Calendar and open the meeting Which I just scheduled.
