1. Add an address to the contact.
The easiest way to prevent emails from known senders from ending up in spam is to: Add them to your contact listThis helps Google know that the contact is someone you know, and their emails should arrive in your inbox.
Follow the steps below to quickly add a known sender as a contact on Gmail.
Step 1: Open gmail in web browser.
Step 2: Open Email address From the person you want to add as a contact.
Step 3: move pointer To Email sender name and select the icon Add to contacts from the menu that appears.
And that's it. Since you've already received an email from this contact, Gmail will automatically enter their name and email address.
If you want to add someone as a contact who you haven't received email from, follow the steps below.
