Windows 11 users can now sync their iOS contacts across their PCs using updated Phone Link features.
The ability to connect your smartphone to your computer to manage calls and messages without picking up your Android phone has been available for some time via Microsoft's Phone Link. Today, this feature is opening up to iPhone users as well, with the rollout of iOS compatible update.

By connecting your iPhone to your Windows 11 PC, you'll be able to send incoming calls and messages directly from your Windows desktop or laptop. This means that once set up, you'll be able to access your contacts, receive and make calls, or send and respond to texts without touching your iPhone—even when using a Focus mode.

Since this is a global rollout, you may not necessarily see iOS functionality in your Phone Link app right away. Microsoft recommends looking for Phone Link In the Windows 11 taskbar, look to see if there is an iPhone option on the setup page. If you see an iPhone option, you can then select it.Start the setup process.
Phone Link for iOS is rolling out globally to Windows 11 today, and is expected to reach all users. "In the next few weeks"Using Phone Link requires an iPhone running iOS 14 or later, a Bluetooth connection, and the Phone Link app updated to W11. Microsoft has stated that the feature is not currently available for iPadOS or macOS.
