Focus mode is one of the best additions to iOS 15 on the iPhone. Apple has replaced the Do Not Disturb mode on the iPhone with Focus. In a classic Apple move, Focus mode works across all Apple operating systems, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. That's not all. 1. Use time-based focal automation

Let's say you want to enable Focus Mode at a specific time in the morning and turn it off at a specific time in the evening. Follow the steps below to create the setting.
Step 1: Open the Settings app on the iPhone.

Step 4: Click Add Schedule or Automate.

For this guide, we've set the time-based automation for the writing profile to run from 9 a.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Therefore, the Focus profile will automatically enable at 9 a.m. and end at 6 p.m.
2. Enable location-based focus mode
Apple has covered whether you want to enable or disable Focus mode based on location. For example, you can enable the Work Focus profile when you arrive at work and automatically disable it when you leave the location. Here's how to set it up.
Step 1: Open iPhone Settings and go to the Focus menu.
Step 2: Select a Work Focus profile and click Add Schedule or Automation.
Step 3: Locate.
Step 4: Search or enter the address from the search bar at the top.

3. Enable app-based focus mode
