1. Take a screenshot or screen record
The easiest way to save a photo or video from Threads is to take a screenshot or record the entire screen on your phone. Both Android and iOS allow you to take screenshots and record screens within the Thread app. Let's take a look at how to do it.

Note: Using this method, you cannot download videos from your own Threads profile.
Step 1: Open Threads Go to the post you want to download.
Step 2: Right-click anywhere on the screen and select to examine.

Step 3: Will be opened Inspect Element panel ; Click on Network tab.

Step 4: To download media in The inspector Reload the web page.
