Instagram Notes is a useful add-on for sharing your thoughts and updates with friends and followers on the social media platform. You can share notes in text style and even add music to suit the mood. However, many have complained that the music option is not available. 1. Uninstall the latest Instagram updates
Many people have complained that music is not appearing in Instagram Notes after updating to the latest version. You can uninstall the Instagram app updates and revert to the older version. There are two ways to do this.
Step 1: Long press on the application icon Instagram and open Information list.
Step 2: Tap the three vertical dots menu in the upper right corner and select "Uninstall updates".

Find an older Instagram APK file
Step 1: Open the Instagram app info menu and note down the current app version.
Step 2: Head to APKMirror and find an old Instagram APK file. Download it.
Follow the on-screen instructions (the system may ask to allow installation of apps from unknown sources) and install the old Instagram app on your phone. Launch the app, and you'll see the Instagram Music option in the notes.
2. Restart Instagram
You can restart Instagram to fix minor bugs in the app. Swipe up and hold from the bottom to open the recent apps list and swipe up on Instagram to close it completely. Restart the app and check again.
3. Clear Instagram cache
Instagram collects cache (small user files) to improve app performance and overall fluidity. When it collects corrupted cache, you may experience issues with core features.
Android
Step 1: Open menu information Instagram app (see steps above).
Step 2: Select Storage & cache. Then tap the button. Clear cache.
iPhone
Step 1: Open an app Settings and go to general.
Step 2: Select iPhone storage and open Instagram.
Step 3: Select Uninstall app and tap Delete the app.

4. Verify your account again
Music notes on Instagram may become unavailable due to incorrect account details. You'll need to log out of your Instagram account and log in again.

5. Try a VPN

7. Your account is banned

8. Update Instagram
Most people don't automatically update apps on their phones. When you have an outdated version of the app installed on your phone, the Music option may not appear in Notes. You need to update Instagram to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store.
9. Reinstall Instagram
Completely removing Instagram from your Android or iPhone device may restore things to normal. You can uninstall the Instagram app and download it from the App Store or Play Store. In the meantime, you might consider restarting your phone.
Android
Step 1: Go to List information Instagram app (see steps above).
Step 2: Click on uninstall To remove the application.
iPhone
Step 1: Long press on the Instagram icon and select remove the app.
Step 2: Click on Delete the app, and you'll be ready to go.
Download the app from the App Store or Play Store and log in with your Instagram account details. You should see the Music option under Notes.
