Appear offline in Discord
If you want to browse Discord Without letting others know, you can easily set your offline status in the app. Unlike WhatsApp and Skype, you have complete control over how you appear online. DiscordHere's how you can appear offline in Discord.
Let's show you how to appear offline on the Discord desktop app and then we'll do the same from the Discord mobile apps.
Step 1: Open Discord on Windows system Or Poppy.
Step 2: Look for Your profile icon At the bottom and click on it.
Step 3: Locate invisible You will see the green indicator change to gray.
It is an indication of Your current offline status in the Discord appDon't worry about the app's functionality, though. You'll have full access to all Discord features with an invisible status.
Appear offline on DISCORD MOBILE apps

Both the Discord iPhone and Android apps use the same user interface. We're showing the Discord iOS app. You can follow the same steps on the Discord Android app to appear offline.
Step 1: Open Discord app on iPhone Or Android devices.
Let's talk about the different types of statuses available for use in Discord.
Note: This is Discord's default status. The app will appear online when you open it on desktop or mobile. You'll notice a green indicator next to your Discord name. This status lets others know you're actively using Discord and available to chat.
idle: As the name suggests, Idle status indicates that you are inactive in Discord. If you have Discord open on your desktop but are away from your office, the app will change your status from Online to Idle.
Once you open the Discord app and start interacting with others, the service will change your status back to online. You'll see a yellow moon icon next to your Discord profile picture.
do not disturb: Discord's DND status works similarly to our phones. You won't receive any new notifications when DND is enabled in the Discord app. A red circle will appear below your profile picture in the app. When DND is enabled, everyone will see your busy status and be disturbed.
unseen: This is essentially a private mode in Discord. You can continue browsing Discord without letting anyone know about your activity or status in the app. When you want to catch up on Discord server updates without being disturbed by other people's messages, you can appear offline in Discord and continue working.
Why do you want to appear offline?
Maybe you want to focus on a specific task or discuss an important topic with someone on Discord, and you don't want to be disturbed by messages from others. You can enable Invisible Mode in Discord and continue with your work.
Offline mode also lets you play games without having to respond to incoming messages. No one will point out your ignorance because they simply don't know about your online status in the app. In the meantime, you can stay up-to-date with relevant conversations.
Set a custom status on DISCORD
Users also have the option to set a custom status in Discord. Maybe you're on vacation or away from the office for a while. You can set a relevant, automatic custom status that will clear after a set time. Here's how to use it.
Step 2: Click profile picture and select Set custom status.
Step 3: Give the status a name, and select a timeline you want to clear next.
Step 4: Locate Hypothetical case and press the . button save.
