Apple Pages is Versatile, built-in document editor for Mac. You can use this word processor to create documents, books, resumes, posters, and more. Create your digital signature using Preview on Mac
Before you can insert or add a signature to a document in Apple Pages, you'll need to create your digital signature first. The Preview app on macOS makes this easy.
Step 1: Open the document you need to sign in to Apple Pages and take a screenshot of an empty area using the keyboard shortcut CMD+Shift+4.
Step 2: Double-click the screenshot to open it in Preview and click the Show Markup Toolbar button.

Step 1: Keep your iPhone or iPad nearby and select the "iPhone or iPad" option on your Mac. Here, click the Select Device option and choose your device.
Step 2: The signature field will open automatically on your iPhone or iPad. Use Apple Pencil or your finger to sign.
