10 Genius Layers of the Earth Projects for Kids

Education that revolves around the layers of the Earth can be a great education for children as this education is considered one of the Vocational educationIt opens their minds and makes them aware of all the things that are beneath their feet. Suddenly the world becomes a much bigger place.

As I've mentioned in this post and this one, we love clay and use it in our learning process whenever we get the chance. In this post, I'll share with you how to make "Layers of the Earth" with clay.

There are several classic activities for every homeschooler, including an erupting volcano and the geography of Earth, planets, and the moon. For more, click here.

On our homeschooling journey, I always like to take the time to make the most of it, so I always try to find easy and quick activities that my children can do with minimal help from me, as well as activities that don't require a lot of materials or tools that we use once in a lifetime and then the rest of them get dusty for years!

Clay is an economical, quick, and fun way to use it for many different science activities. I also don't feel bad or emotionally drained when we throw away an activity after displaying it at home for a while, unlike activities that require a lot of effort—and sometimes money—and then end up in the trash! (Quick tip: Take a picture of everything you do with your kids before throwing away any activity.)
